What would a convention be without a hospitality suite and some free beer? One with poor attendance, I would imagine.

The Inns of Banff has given us a great deal on a hospitality suite...a condo at the back of the property at half price to use Thursday through Saturday.

Now for the beer. Bob Krieger and Bruce MacKinnon are in cahoots. Yeah, I know, tell you something you don’t know. Seems these two had their eye on a specific sort of local brew and Krieger very graciously volunteered to secure a beer sponsor. He wrote a very nice email to the good folks at Tree Brewing and they generously agreed to supply all the beer we needed for our hospitality suite. I’ve yet to try this nectar of the gods, but according to Bob, it’ll be worth the wait.

All they ask is for some cartoons from us featuring their brands. We are still waiting to hear exactly what they’re after, but I’m sure you’ll agree that’s more than fair. Cheers to Tree Brewing!
